Making a Purchase
First browse through the shop categories and click on any items that you find of interest. You will find larger pictures & more information on most items.
When you are happy with your selection, click on the "Add to Cart" button. After you have finished your selections click on "Checkout". At this stage you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
When it is time to pay you
(1) On-line: you will be transferred to the secure Paypal site and asked to enter your credit card details and confirm your order. When we receive confirmation from PayPal that your purchase has been completed we will arrange for delivery. Please note it is now not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a payment, only a current and valid credit card.
(2)order on the phone pay by cheque or credit /debit card please ring to dicuss orders even if its not available on the website as i may have different colourways available

PayPal will process your credit card transaction on our behalf. Your personal card details will never be divulged to us.

Currency
We accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling. International customers will be offered payment in their local currency at the time of purchase.
Burslem Pottery is not responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes that may be charged by local authorities outside of the UK and European Union.
Order Confirmation
We will confirm your order and the despatch date by e-mail/phone/fax when we are ready to ship your purchase. (Normally within 48hrs).
Occasionally it may happen that the article you select is temporarily out of stock. In which case we will e-mail to let you know the expected re-stocking date, offer you an alternative of equivalent value or refund that part of your order. It's your choice.
Order Cancellation
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way please contact us immediately. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are not entirely satisfied.
Simply return the goods in their original packaging for a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs already incurred. If, through no fault of our own or the shipping company, we are unable to deliver goods or we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund your purchase less the cost of delivery (both outward and return).
Breakages or damaged goods should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt and returned at the earliest opportunity.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery Policy
Please allow 2 days for order processing and up to 2 weeks for delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 2 days(uk mainland).
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping Costs - United Kingdom
All orders are charged at £9.99
Shipping Costs – Europe & Worldwide will be confirmed once we have your full delivery details, or you may Email us before placing your order and we will respond within 48 hrs with a confirmed quote.
For UK based customers we are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address. This does not apply to deliveries outside of the UK.
Privacy Policy
All information collected is through the ordering process and in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Burslem Pottery will not disclose your information to third parties. (Except to our nominated couriers when you place an order).
If you decide to register as a collector then of course from time to time we will contact to keep you informed of events, offers & limited editions etc.
