This tile was designed along the same lines as the ever popular "Ready to Load tile". It shows a narrow working boat navigating the Gas Street Basin,surrounded by its wonderful buildings.

This tile shows an area known as the Potteries used to be,with the working narrow boat weaving its way through endless bottle kilns and buildings of the Potteries. Height 66cm Width 26cm

This tile is a scene of a working boat on the Caldon canal alongside J and G Meakins Eastwood pottery, Hanley with a classic set of bottle ovens .Many small potteries grew up along this part of Stoke on Trent and sadly most have gone with no records remaining.Height 38cm Width 44cm

This double tile shows the city of Liverpool,at it's base a ship is helped into dock by a tug boat, rising above the port are the three graces,the top building is the famous Liver building capping this is the renown Liver bird in all its glory. Height 66cm Width 26cm

A double tile interpreting the lyrics of the Beatles song Penny Lane.included in the design are the shelter in the middle of the roundabout,the bank and the barber shop with a poster for Hendersons circus in the window.Painted with a blue suburban sky.Cast,drawn and painted by hand.

So much is happening in London this year,it influenced us to produce this tile,it shows some of the major landmarks of this great city like Tower bridge and St. Pauls.

This tile is of Mow Cop Castle.This magical building was built as a folly in 1754 by Randle Wilbraham of Rode Hall, the area around the castle had been used since the iron age to quarry mill stones.Height 20cm Width 20cm.

This tile was done to tie in with the anniversary of the miners strike. The miners were an important part of the ceramics industries success.It was not done as a political piece but more as a remembrance of a way of life. Height 66cm Width 26cm.
