Also, the subject of many Arnold Bennett's novels. One of the six towns of Stoke on Trent Staffordshire. Designed by Steve Shaw. The six towns make up Stoke on Trent. People often think there are only five towns this is because Arnold Bennett called one of his books Anna of the FIVE towns thinking it sounded better.
